Great sales,BEWARE,no accountability While my sales experience was very pleasant, and Roy went out of his way to help me purchase with ease, I made the grave error of trusting the 'Toyo While my sales experience was very pleasant, and Roy went out of his way to help me purchase with ease, I made the grave error of trusting the 'Toyota inspection' and purchased the vehicle naively believing that the inspection was as thorough as reported, while driving away I immediately had windshield wipers flying off the car, chargers not working and on my first trip to Seattle with my kids, the vehicle would not start back up after turning if off. This became an instant intermittent problem. Roy was fantastic in calling to check on how my vehicle was, and I reported I was worried as it was not starting back up . He advised me to come in asap on which I did, assuming that Toyota would back their amazing inspections, do a diagnosis and take care of the problem. I faced multiple explanations that basically amounted to " I bought a used car and I was responsible for having it checked" there was absolutely no accountability on Toyota, I was sent out the door and over to the dealership across the street. Also, items that were stated to be included are not. I have yet to fight with them about the fact that they listed a soft top included in the purchase, I assumed that it would have been stored in the back compartment, it was not there. Im sure they will somehow blame this on me for assuming that it was stated to be included and I did not follow through and check that it was ... I was stupid to trust that this dealership would be honorable. BUYER BEWARE More

If I had a complaint, it's not a huge deal, but on my most recent visit, the service manager for the first communicated via text. The info in the text was I think worth a phone discussion rather than a text, though normally I would definitely prefer text! It's just when you're making decisions about whether or not to do extra maintenance it would have been nice to talk to somebody, too. More
