Fantastic, personalized service I know it sounds cliché, but I am an exceptionally busy person. I know exactly what it is I want, and what I need is a dealership to make that happen, with as little drama as possible. Bellingham Toyota did exactly that. Minimal knowledge of product I purchased a new highlander over the summer. A bit after I realized there were discrepancies between what the window sticker says my car had and what I purchased a new highlander over the summer. A bit after I realized there were discrepancies between what the window sticker says my car had and what it actually has. When I brought it in to ask about it I was treated very poorly. First of all staff in the service department and sales department could not even locate where one missing item should be. When I suggested where I thought it was supposed to be I was rudely dismissed. Turns out it was supposed to be where I suggested. I was then passed from one person to another for months before fInally being told that yes they had made a mistake but that it was too expensive for them to fix. Very frustrating when making a big purchase like this. More
