My remote start was working before service It is a great disappointment that before I took my for the airbag recall my remote start was working fine. I got the remote start done for the cold weather when I don’t have to go outside and heat my car. With a press of a button my car will start and heat up. Thanks to the service guy at Wilson I was not able to do that last night. When I got home after the recall service I tried to lock my car and noticed my car alarm was not working. I got the remote start and alarm installed after I bought my car from Wilson. I called them and was told to bring my car in the next day. The next day I was told that by the service advisor that the technician told him my remote start and alarm was not working before the service. Unbelievable. I know it was working because I warmed my car before taking it to them for service on that day. They told me it was after market and not fixable. So much for the trust. More
