The process for buying a new car has changed drastically the last few years. Joel and Jon made it painless. When Joel called to let us know the van was available we booked it down there. Joel gave all of our kids treats and made sure they were set up so we could do business. They both were thorough and quick. Everyone we have talked to or work with gave us amazing customer service. One thing that really impressed me was that they didn’t try to price gouge us and in this market they could have. I know they have a list of people that wanted our van. I was in to have my oil changed and my tires rotated this week. My service representative was Jameel and he was so helpful and professional He checked out my back driver’s side tire and a piece of wire was week.
