The first time we met Jack we were looking at the Toyota SUV lineup and the Mercedes SUV lineup to get familiar with the new cars. Jack brought out the different models and by the time we finished, we had a SUV lineup and the Mercedes SUV lineup to get familiar with the new cars. Jack brought out the different models and by the time we finished, we had a grouping of their cars on the lot that we had not been completely sold on. Jack brought out a Mercedes GLE that my wife fell in love with, but we wanted to look at some other brands and left. Jack was most courteous and helpful with our endeavour. Fast forward a few weeks, and "Mac's truck", my work truck needed more repairs than we were willing to go. We then were on the hunt for a new truck and my research showed the Toyota Tacoma to be the most reliable for many model years. We looked at different brands, also, and weren't impressed with them. I became familiar with the different models and wasn't willing to get a Tundra because of the size. We purchased the Toyota Tacoma and have been very pleased! Jack pulled out all the stops to let us try the vehicles out and decide for ourselves. He was prepared with answers to our questions or quickly found the answers. My wife still wants the GLE or the Genesis GV80, but we need to hold off a bit on that vehicle. Ask for Jack when you stop in. He is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the car you want and not just sell the first thing you see. More
