Richard has zero integrity. After he assured me verbally that a vehicle had my name on it he proceeded to sell it without giving me any notice. I had offered to give them the §1000 overtone phone to assure me the vehicle but was told that it was t necessary my name was on the car. When I got there he didn’t even have the decency to speak to me but hid in the office. Pathetic Roy was the only positive about the entire business. More

My service experience wasn’t great. I had to wait longer than I was told, and I realized my car was taken by someone from the shop and driven 19 miles therefore car wasn’t vacuumed and I had to wait longer than I was told, and I realized my car was taken by someone from the shop and driven 19 miles therefore car wasn’t vacuumed and washed as I was told initially and I had to wait for my car to be back, and this was just an oil change service. Everything went really well. Thomas did a fantastic job of finding the exact vehicle we wanted and worked with finance / sales managers to get me the most for my trade-in. On the day we came in to pick up the truck, they were VERY busy Thomas and James did a great job of showing us the vehicle and kept us busy while waiting for the finance Mgr. Everything went well with maintenance. Trevor was awesome as coordinator of semi yearly service, plus additional safety requests. Discounts on service weren’t added (forgotten). - calle Trevor was awesome as coordinator of semi yearly service, plus additional safety requests. Discounts on service weren’t added (forgotten). - called next day and Trevor honored when informed of error. They also washed car, but didn’t have time for vacuum.. no problems. Written check up sheet appreciated. Used their car pick up service. Thank you to all who helped get service work done that day, and especially to Trevor, Service Manager.
