Went in for a multi point inspection and tire rotation. I was waiting an hour and a half after I dropped my truck off for the scheduled appointment. Finally I went in there and asked what was taking so lon I was waiting an hour and a half after I dropped my truck off for the scheduled appointment. Finally I went in there and asked what was taking so long and they said the car wash was backed up. He did pull it around front without the detail or the car wash which was fine but they forgot to reset my maintenance required reminder on my dash. I was frustrated because they said it wouldn’t take very much time it was just a multi point inspection and tire rotation I should be out of here shortly but that was not the case. They would not walk me through resetting my maintenance reminder over the phone I have to take it back into the dealership More
