SERVICE VISIT

The service was good & timely, but the most expensive oil change I have had in my life time. They also did not look into the rattling underneath the passenger side as they claimed it had to go into automotiv change I have had in my life time. Thank you for the feedback Gary. I know that oil changes have gone up significantly recently. Engine oil is a petroleum product and the price varies based on the price of crude oil. As you can probably tell from the price of gasoline that oil prices are at an all time high. I apologize that we were not able to look at the noise while you were in for the oil change. We try to make sure that we schedule for the correct technicians when we are making an appointment. The express lube technicians do not have the training to diagnose your concern. When making an appointment please make sure that our team is aware of all your concerns. I have instructed them to ensure that they ask if there are any further concerns before they make the appointment for the express lube team. If you have any further concerns feel free to call me. SALES VISIT - USED

Scott was the absolute best when I went in recently to get a new car. He was very friendly, attentive, and charming (and wears the best hats!).
