Our Rev 4 EV unexpectedly broke down and was going to be expensive to fix. They gave us a fair trade and a very good deal on a used car with the option to trade it in on a new one when available. Brandon was very responsive and seems committed to good service. Parts availability for my 2022 was an issue. Also available service appointments are too far out. Dealer needs to staff up service.
