Without an appointment they saw me and diagnosed my dead battery problem. ( not a stolen catalytic converter) while checking to see if the battery in my Prius C was in the trunk or under the seat a wonderf battery problem. Rodents under the trunk area! Which they graciously cleaned out for me even though the battery was under the back seat.
