Sam (Super Sam!!!) was the greatest sales associate I have had the pleasure of working with as a retired senior who has purchased many cars in my lifetime! From Super Sam’s extensive knowledge, he informed me of the many options Toyota has to offer with a congenial no pressure approach which helping me formulate my purchase. I want to thank Chris in parts with his exceptional knowledge of parts and accessories for my new Tacoma. I want to praise Jeff the (General Sales Manager) for his cooperation in working around my request to secure the perfect Tacoma! I live in Tacoma and most dealers here add “market adjustments” and “dealer-installed accessories” to pad their cut. They were great - helped me reserve the car I wanted and the no-nonsense and no haggle approach made for an easy and smooth purchase experience. I bought a new Tacoma and the passenger seat started rattling. I brought it in for warranty to get it fixed. Dimitri Zourkos from the service department said it was under warranty and the problem was fi rattling. I brought it in for warranty to get it fixed. Dimitri Zourkos from the service department said it was under warranty and the problem was fixed for a few weeks, but quickly returned. I've been trying to work with Dimitri since. I call in or email, he tells me the manager is busy and will call me back, and he never has. This back and forth has been going on for nearly a year now and the service department has simply stopped responding to me. The problem still persists and my warrant period is nearly over and I believe Toyota is simply trying to run out the clock to avoid fixing this. This has been my 6th Toyota vehicle and this is by far the worst service I've ever received and the most disrespected I've ever felt. More
