1 = It's pretty sad when Management does not return my phone call. I experienced a very scary situation when the front end panel underneath my car fell down while driving 75 miles on the freeway. I was to phone call. I experienced a very scary situation when the front end panel underneath my car fell down while driving 75 miles on the freeway. I was told by the Advisor I ran over something AGAIN. Last month I went to get my final complimentary oil change and check engine light on. Andres told me the charcoal canister is cracked and it's my fault because I ran over something. I took care of the problem because I need my car for transportation, but I don't agree with the outcome because I did not hit anything or I do not run over anything in my brand new car. I am disappointed and insulted that Toyota assume that I am a reckless driver when I am not. I've been a faithful Toyota Customer for over 40 Years and my Family for over 60 Yeats and has never experienced poor customer service until now. It's sad that I'll will never view Toyota the same again. More
