Very rude and unprofessional service department. No one seems to care about service, just want to sit around and chat with each other or be on their phones. Would not use this dealership again. Although the service crew may have taken quite some time to finish servicing my car, which is understandable in a circumstance where there are many people in line to get their cars done, but Ibrahim checked in on me, which is a good indication that I'm valued, and I'm happy to be their customer for more than 5 years now. Made an appointment to come to this Toyota dealership for an oil change, when I arrive they stated they cannot find me in the system and then refuse to provide service. I made my appointment two weeks ago an an oil change, when I arrive they stated they cannot find me in the system and then refuse to provide service. I made my appointment two weeks ago and all of a sudden they can't find my appointment. The person at the desk was very rude and said that unfortunately they had too many vehicles and they could not help me. Never again will I do business with this dealership and I will tell all my friends and family about this experience. PS. Don't bother to reply with your automatic message which goes nowhere nobody ever follows up or does anything about the consistent issues at this dealership read all the reviews and you will see that I'm not the only one that has had to deal with this... I had my Toyota serviced at Toyota of the Desert Monday for a simple tail light replacement and tire rotation. I made the mistake of telling the guy handling my service that my car had been kept in good s for a simple tail light replacement and tire rotation. I made the mistake of telling the guy handling my service that my car had been kept in good shape by Pep Boys but that since they had scaled back to basic services during the quarantine, I was back at Toyota. The guy didn't let me forget it, mentioning it at least 4 times. After waiting twice the time predicted for the service they kept "finding" things and up-charged me with additional issues "found" to a bill of $300. Next day, my battery was dead. (Coincidence???) I called Toyota and got the royal treatment of "that's your problem not mine, lady" attitude. Called Pep Boys (whose basics include batteries) and was greeted with a respectful 'no problem," we'll-get-it-fixed-right-away attitude from the git-go. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I am happy to report that "Andres" there advised they've hired all new crew and will be full service again shortly. I realize that this single lady senior can be a target for the unscrupulous car repair people. I never experienced that at this Pep Boys and I am delighted that I can go back to using them, with full confidence. More

The dealership tells you you need to make an appointment but when you get there and you question why it’s taking so long for your car to be done they say they are short staff and the appointment is just to but when you get there and you question why it’s taking so long for your car to be done they say they are short staff and the appointment is just to get you in When in reality all they care about is the customer who’s goin to get the most work done on their car in order to get a bigger payment There is absolutely no excuse as to why a customers car doesn’t get pulled to get serviced until two hours after their appointment especially since you guys keep telling your customers you need an appointment if we need an appointment then the least you can do is follow your appointment schedule If the customers get there and decide they would like additional services done then they should be told like every other customer you need to make an appointment (an additional appointment) because it is very clear you guys do not have the man power to keep up with all the additional services you steady offer to your customers and then the customers that have later appointments have to wait longer because you guys cannot keep up It is extremely frustrating especially since you guys love using the excuse we’re short staff because that is not the case you offer additional services and are unable to keep up and your customers who have later appointments in the day have to suffer and you guys do absolutely nothing for the inconvenience “because you are short staffed” More
