My 2024 RAV 4 was denied the Factory Warranty for repairs. I being blamed for destruction to my vehicle I did not do. The Manager or General Manager are not returning my calls or emails. I am a 40 Ye repairs. I being blamed for destruction to my vehicle I did not do. The Manager or General Manager are not returning my calls or emails. I am a 40 Year Toyota customer and I have lost all faith and dignity in the service of Toyota Industry. I was almost killed driving a Toyota because of a malfunction and no one has taken the time to listen or acknowledge my experience and complaint. More

I took my car for service and marked my tires to make sure it was rotated. They stated on the service paper that it was rotated but clearly it wasn’t. I mentioned this to the service advisor and he men sure it was rotated. They stated on the service paper that it was rotated but clearly it wasn’t. I mentioned this to the service advisor and he mentioned a bunch of excuses snd finally I will take it back to the lift to rotate it. They had my car for a full day and I wasn’t interested on waiting another hour. I bought the service package and been going there for years and it sucks that this is the type of service we are paying for at a dealership. More

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Palm Springs. I have not had any problems with them. I’m disappointed that they no longer provide transportation for single person households.
