I called Toyota of Vero Beach service about the warning lights that appeared and was reassured by the phone follow-up provided Kathy in the service department as I drove my car in for "emergency" service. Even though it was the day before a holiday weekend, and I did not have an appointment, I was made comfortable and kept informed. The car had to remain for service and parts, but I was provided a loaner to go home with. I was fully informed about the repairs and anticipated completion, by the service manager Carl. Completion was right on schedule and the car is running better than ever. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and repair. More

My tires are from Toyota and was told that I can go to any dealer and for FREE have a patch placed and that's it. Thought It would be pretty easy. I usually go to BEV SMITH TOYOTA IN FORT PIERCE BECAUSE THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION(USED THEM LAST 2 YEARS), but could not ride on a flat tire and went to Toyota of Vero Beach. So I go in to service center and was told to wait. When I was finally met to explain the problem, I was told that they do not have time to call Toyota and find out all the information needed to help me. I said excuse me, do you need me to call BEV SMITH TOYOTA TO DO THE WORK FOR YOU. There answer was YES!!!. I said let me speak to your manager and the guy helping me said that he was the manager. So I ended up speaking to the manager of the store. I explained the situation to him and let him know that YOUR DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC, I WILL DRIVE THE EXTRA 30 MIN TO BEV SMITH TOYOTA FORT PIERCE FOR SERVICE AND WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. I SAID TO THE GUY WHY DON'T YOU JUST CLOSE AND LET SOMEONE ELSE TAKE THE SPOT YOUR ON. I USUALLY NEVER WRITE A COMMENT, BUT I FEEL THAT AS A TOYOTA OWNER I NEED TO LET EVERYONE THAT HAS A TOYOTA TO NEVER EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST More

Bill for repair was excessive I had a starter replaced in my Toyota Tacoma and was charged for 2 hours labor even though it only took less than an hour. Called Toyota corporate and was told to check another local Toyota dealer. Toyota of Melbourne told me total would have been $381 if I would have had them do it. $112 difference from one dealer to the next. I would not recommend Toyota of Vero Beach FL. to my worst enemy. I recently had problem straightened out after speaking with George Crowley the Service Administrator. He issued me a credit for $112 for parts and/or labor for any future use. Seems one has to speak to a person with authority. All is okay now. More
Fake aftermarket leather/ poor quality I purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius about 15 months ago. I inquired about a unit with leather. That raised the price considerably based on other options w I purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius about 15 months ago. I inquired about a unit with leather. That raised the price considerably based on other options with-in the leather package. I was insured that this is the same as the factory leather and would all surfaces that are cloth would be genuine leather. Sounds great. Well the leather is falling apart after just 10 months of use. Many surfaces are plastic. My wife got sick from the gas off fumes. The seat adjustment handle simply fell off. The seat belt channels in the leather fall off every time use the back seat. I contacted Toyota of Vero beach with no resolution. Promises, promises. I contacted Toyota Motor Corp. who would not help me and informed me that my warranty related to seat airbags and seat functionality is now void. I would be extremely careful if you feel the need to do business with this dealership. More
Dealership Tired New to this dealer and compared to where I purchased my Toyota this facility is sub-par and the employees lack professional skills. Service mechanic came into their dingy waiting room and it look like he had not cleaned his uniform in months. There were crumbs and stains on the waiting room seats. Saw one sales person behind a computer on the showroom floor in a tank top baseball cap and bathing suit. Might have just been stopping by the office but it should not have happened. You can tell that the owners lack pride in their business and the new Toyota vehicles look very average on the showroom floor. Will look into another dealership in the area. More

I bought a 2 year old Toyota from this dealership. Due to way I was treated and charged over the 2-1/2 years that I owned a Toyota and relied on VB Toyota for service I recently traded the vehicle and wil to way I was treated and charged over the 2-1/2 years that I owned a Toyota and relied on VB Toyota for service I recently traded the vehicle and will probably never buy another Toyota. In my opinion their work was shoddy, as I repeatedly had to have the same problem repaired several times and the car was never ready when promised and filthy when it was. Many times I waited 2 hours for an oil change even after making an appointment days ahead of time. I gave them a 2 for friendliness as they always had a smile when they took my money. More
