Went through Costco program looking for a plug in Prius prime. Made an appointment with sales rep knowing which model we were looking for. Test drove the car on gas mode, but the car was not charged to tes prime. Made an appointment with sales rep knowing which model we were looking for. Test drove the car on gas mode, but the car was not charged to test drive the EV battery mode (which is the whole point of getting a plug in hybrid). Had to wait by the charging station as the car charged then only test drove it for 2 minutes from charging station to dealership. They made the dealership paint, car alarm and code mandatory in their pricing, which added a couple thousand of dollars to the price. When asked if I those options can be removed, they said it was on all cars in the dealership. Waste of time. Don’t recommend. More

Cindy was very nice. I came in for a complimentary service for my 2019 RAV4 and to install the front license plate. All was completed within a hour. My only worry now is a recall for the low emi service for my 2019 RAV4 and to install the front license plate. All was completed within a hour. My only worry now is a recall for the low emission fuel pump. I receive a interim notice and it stated Toyota was working on a solution. I hope it is resolved soon.
