Jhovany showed me all the features of the RAV 4 Hybrid and explained them all in great detail with great ease. I was introduced to Carlos Miron and I knew I was in good hands. The service, the product knowledge and the positive atmosphere of this dealership meant all my expectations and more. The follow through and the availability ( for all my questions I had later) was and still is great. When I am in the market for another vehicle, its Toyota Place in Garden Grove. So far as the Sales Dept. - We have numerous complaints: 1) We never received the original paperwork from the purchase of our new Rava4 Hybrid Limited. 2) I called the dealership a few days later to let them know. They were unable to find it. They told me I could pick up copies of the original documents. For health reasons, I wasn’t able to go to the dealership for 3 days. I called again 3 days later to tell them I was on my way. They told me my husband had already picked up the copies. I knew that wasn’t true because my husband was home ill for the last 3 days. When I got there, they ran new copies. That night I received a call from a stranger telling me that her husband had picked up copies of my paperwork that day with all my personal information. We drove over to her place that night and picked it up. It made me wonder, if the dealership would give my paperwork to a complete stranger, who might have received my original paperwork! Also, Toyota Place only registered the car under my husband’s name. So we had to go to the DMV to put it in both of our names and pay another fee. The Bill of Sale from Toyota has both of our names on it, but the dealership registered just under his name. We purchased Toyota Extra Care and it only has my husband’s names on the application. I wonder if that will be a problem in the future? More
