(Also had info on CAP Vehicle Retirement Program $1000 for old car.) Checked on-line, and Toyota Santa Monica, 2-3 miles away, had just received two of my 2012's in white. Drove onto lot and BOOM, there was MY CAR. Love at fist sight! All I needed to do was Test Drive and write the check. Tom Palmer was the most patient sales guy. No pressure. Great test drive. And Andy Carlson worked out a fair price. Andy's office decor will make you smile. His music will make you sing along. And he will make you laugh! Tony Garcia, the paperwork guy, made that pile of papers disappear fast. He works at lightning speed! My memories of my car buying experience are happy ones! Thanks Tom and Andy and Tony! More

Great experience here, as a female and wary of used car salesman tactics, pressure etc, I was pleasantly surprised at relaxed no-pressure attitude of the staff, was looked after very well, everyone there v salesman tactics, pressure etc, I was pleasantly surprised at relaxed no-pressure attitude of the staff, was looked after very well, everyone there very professional and friendly, and I got a great Corolla at a great price, tho a bit gutted to say bye bye to my PT cruiser!! Am very happy all round and would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially women who don't feel they should have to enlist the help of a car savvy guy to protect them from the supposed "sharks", as reputation would have it, feel great to have done it all by myself too. We first talked with Mark Lewis on the phone. We needed a new 12volt battery for our Camry Hybrid 2007. Had to leave the car overnight, and was given a nice new free rental. The face of Toyota Santa Monica is the service from dedicated staff members. We live in the SF Bay Area and we're so impressed with the service we received at SM Toyota. The service is superb!!! He even washed my car while I was trying to decide what to do about the car repairs! Finally, Manny Ruiz was super friendly, incredibly helpful in getting competitive pricing for my service, and ensuring that my parts were ordered promptly. I also was quite impressed with Julio and Rebecca, who were positive, friendly, and very helpful. Manny Hernandez, Manny Ruiz, and Alex provided the best customer service I've every experienced at a mechanic. They went above and beyond to make sure that I received excellent service and a competitive price. They've made me a loyal Toyota of Santa Monica customer- because of them, I'll come back to Toyota for all of my service needs, and, because of them, I'll most likely purchase my next Toyota at your dealership. I have owned a Toyota vehicle since the year 1999 and decided to hand down my Forerunner to my son and invest in a new Toyota Sequoia. I called John to help me with the process of buying a new car. I was lied to about the deal I made with the salesman. He agreed to take my old lease "as is" and I would lease a new car. I spoke to 3 different managers at the dealership and they all gave me the run-around. I will never purchase/lease another Toyota product for the rest of my life, nor will anyone in my family/close friends. Way to lose loyal customers over $578. Have you seen your ratings on sites like yelp or citysearch? They are pathetic, and now I know why. More
