My only comment is that i am now wondering if it is reasonable to consider putting a lock or some type of protection on the cat converter for my car. I am wondering why it wasn't suggested. Very nice and organized. I had my appointment very early and was told that my Prius would be ready in three hours max. I was ready just about two hours later. I was able to go to the office early. I had service check up and they rebooted computer but did not fix the Bluetooth that faded away on audio. I called back three times and no one has returned my call. Daniel Hill promised me a deal on the phone -- I filled out all the paperwork. Then, they sent the quote and it was $4500 more than what Daniel promised.
