Expensive preventive services were recommended that I had done. On the invoice they are noted as customers request. Later I reviewed the service recommendations in my Prius Manuel and found none of these ser done. On the invoice they are noted as customers request. I think the dealership was a bit deceptive. mHad I known Toyota did not recommend these services I would not have had them performed. Although I have used the dealer service with my previous Prius and the current one for many years I am not sure I will ever use them again. More

The service representatives were extremely helpful. Yet, although I had an appointment, the service was quite slow. But the service itself seemed fine. I have one criticism. DON'T change that setting -- as the service technicians did. This is a dangerous habit, which means that I can find myself driving without headlights and not realize it for a period, and thus be left trying to reset the lights while driving, if I have no easy place to pull over. There is no reason to change a setting that the vehicle owner has in place. Don't do that again. Thank you. More

Only reason for 4 stars is that service techs left the parts trash inside the car. My car is not the neatest but I didn’t like that I had to clean up their trash.
