Total scammer So I was working with Jeff at Santa Monica Toyota, and he quoted me zero down and 477 a month on a new Toyota hybrid Highlander. When I came in to bu So I was working with Jeff at Santa Monica Toyota, and he quoted me zero down and 477 a month on a new Toyota hybrid Highlander. When I came in to buy the SUV he told me that I would be working with Tony. Tony told me that Jeff’s numbers were incorrect and not based on the hybrid. I had asked Jeff to send a picture of the sticker and of the car to verify that his numbers were in line with the hybrid and not a regular Hylander before I came to the dealership. I told him that it’s about an hour drive to Santa Monica and they have the only vehicle that I wanted and his numbers were good. When I arrived Tony said that it would be 2000 down and more than $100 more a month than I was quoted. He tried to throw Jeff under the bus saying he was new there and didn’t know what he was doing… However I talked to Jeff later and Jeff seemed very upset with Tony because he got those numbers from Tony. I clearly stepped into a bait and switch scenario. I ended up getting the same car, fully loaded (SM was all standard) at keys in Van Nuys for 1k down and 530 a month. Buyer beware!! Also, I can’t seem to find my sunglasses after I left the dealership. I’m pretty sure Tony stole them in a ploy to get me to come back to the dealership. Total scammer!!!!! More

Great experience I got my Toyota Mirai yesterday. I had a good positive experience. I was helped by Henry Park. He was great. As promised, the car of my specification I got my Toyota Mirai yesterday. I had a good positive experience. I was helped by Henry Park. He was great. As promised, the car of my specification was ready when I arrived at the dealership. He spent lot of time going over the car and explaining all the details. Most importantly, upon the completion of all the lease paperwork, he also assisted me in completing the paperwork for CA rebate and DMV white sticker. I think that was great. Within 10-15 minutes all the documents were electronically submitted to the agency that would enable me to get the $5000 rebate. After that, he drove to me to Hydrogen station and explained how that works. I also want to thank Hector Medina- Finance Manager. He was very professional, and never tried to sell anything extra. Answered al the questions related to finance/ depreciation etc. It was smooth. Upon completion of the paperwork, all the documents were e-mailed to me. I also want thank Edwin Fuentes. He had taken couple of phone call from me earlier, and explained the details of the car/lease program. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. More
