I have to take on trust the recommendation to replace all the ducts and filters of the air conditioning system, which set me back about $500, but it's the only time it's been done in 60,000 miles so I guess that is par for the course. The whole experience was about as painless as one could expect. I certainly expect to have all my servicing performed here because they engender trust.
