I had my Toyota sienna towed to Toyota south in Richmon I recently broke down in Berea Kentucky while on a trip home to South Carolina from Illinois. I had my Toyota sienna towed to Toyota south in Richmond the morning after it broke down. I explained the situation to the service manager and assistant service manager. I ended up having to stay in a motel for three days. However, I commend Lily, Joe, Jim and the tech that worked on my van. My wife and I were extremely stressed out being stranded 300 miles from home. Everyone I dealt with throughout the ordeal was understanding of our situation. They really did jump through hoops to get us back on the road. Thanks to the service department, we made it home safe. More
