We never felt pressured and in fact felt they were interested in presenting what we wanted to see. We got there later in the evening and were there past closing without plenty of questions. They never rushed us. We have bought parts there for a few years for our other Toyota products and this was our 2nd new car purchase ever. Toyota South presented the vehicle to review, the completed price and transacted the sale to our complete satisfaction, timely. Mr. Jeffery Duty answered all questions very satisfactorily and went through the various features of our new SUV afterwards. His product knowledge was impressive. There are many new features on the vehicle we had questions about and while I’ve driven others with similar features I thought it would be a good idea to know exactly how they work, etc. and take the guessing out of it.
