I did not feel the high pressure or uncertainty that I expected. Chase Freeman, the sales person was courteous and professional. Other members of the staff were accommodating and informative. What impressed me the most was their willingness to provide after care as well as support me in learning how to operate my new prius 2 optimally. This, I think, sets them apart from other dealerships. I look forward to working with them in the future! More

Cynthia in finance was great as well. She also answered all questions, and when a concern arose, she explained it as well as she could, and then went and got the person that calculated the price and had him come in and explain everything. Even though this was the first time I had met either one of them, it was like I was in the company of old friends. Great job!! More
