Jimmy answered all questions regarding vehicle and David King was helpful with rates, finance info. I initially had some trouble deciding on model, etc. but once I did, they were able to find exactly what I wanted. I appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout the deal and finance process, and the time Jimmy took to make sure I knew all of the features of my new Highlander. I even had a question about a feature once I returned home with the vehicle and John Gibson and Jimmy both were helpful in that situation. This was my second purchase from a Gates dealership, as I previously purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Gates Nissan. Both were good experiences. I will return to Toyota South when it is time to purchase a vehicle again. More

These words would describe my feelings in anticipation of buying a new car. My wife and I truly felt overwhelmed in approaching this experience, something we only do once every ten or so years. Our sales person was a very knowledgeable, accommodating, polite, and tech-savvy Chase Freeman. From the outset, he was both informative and respectful. The various texts and phone calls that were volleyed his way were always answered in a timely and professional manner. We made at least three separate trips to Toyota South to test-drive the 2016 Avalon XLE that we finally drove home on Saturday, April 9th. Each of those occasions was met with the same courteous service and well-informed answers to our questions. Not only was the entire sales process a pleasure, but in the next leg of the journey we were met with perhaps the most knowledgeable, honest and credible finance manager I've encountered anywhere--Cynthia Roe. She assisted us in skillfully navigating the financing, maintenance and extended warranty options. With clearly superior background and training in the world of finance, she made honest recommendations that showed us respect for our own current needs and future plans. Sales manager David King also assisted behind the scenes in working out a tremendous value for our needs, one that we anticipate much enjoyment with in months, and yes, years to come! We still have our 2001 Toyota Sienna, still going strong at 229,000 miles. However, when the time comes to part with it, we will be coming back to Toyota South. Long-term customer satisfaction, personal service and solid people selling a superior product: what more could you possibly hope to have? More
