Giving a Good Report We have driven Toyotas for over 25 years. We have bought 4 Toyota cars..., 1 Camry, 1 Avalon and 2 Hybrid Camrys. Three of these four vehicles were purchased at Toyota South. So when we decided to purchase another new car, we automatically were thinking of purchasing a Toyota. We did not know Zach Dunn. We met him because he responded quickly to our on line inquiry about hybrid Toyotas. When we went to look at new cars in person we naturally asked for Zach. He was every bit as knowledgeable and pleasant in person as he had been on line. We have had all kinds of experiences over the years when going to look for a new car. This was one of the most cordial, pleasant, courteous experiences we have had. Zach not only was knowledgeable about the different models and features but he was also "low key" and patient. Not at any time did we feel pressured to make a purchase. We went back several times to look. And from the time we made our decision regarding model, color and the options we wanted to yesterday when we picked up the car Zach remained the same courteous, friendly Toyota South staff member that he had been on line. Our car was actually delivered to the dealership round the first of February. But, because of snow and inclement weather, we postponed getting the car several times. Zach was extremely patient and understanding in our wanting to delay picking up the car. We appreciated this very much. We simply cannot say enough positive things about Zach! More

Best of a bad situation After having sudden trouble with my other car, I was put in a position to have to find a new car as quickly as I could. They were not pushy with pushing a sell and wanted to make sure that I got a car that was within my budget and that would fit my needs. Even though I would rather of not had my original car troubles, I was able to get what I feel is an excellent car and they made the experience as good as it could have been. He is by far the most honest car salesman I have ever dealt with, as far as to tell you if a vehicle that you are interested in has mechanical issues! Steve Gates (owner of the lot) has been absolutely unbelievable pulling strings he didn't have to. And Cynthia Rowe is a very calming and professional finicial manager. I know first hand that each of the 3 people whom I've mentioned genuinely cares for their customers and definitely goes above and beyond needed tasks to bring the most possible customer service. They have always negotiated to great prices on their vehicles, they have offered by far the best rates. I had a transmission go out of a used vehicle I bought there 6 months after purchase with no warranty, and they paid half of the rebuild bill. On my final visit, I came into their lot horribly upside down with a terrible interest rate from Manns chrysler. They erased an extreme amount of interest and got us into a much nicer vehicle with a good rate. After negotiations on monthly payment amounts, we finalized the deal. Cynthia Rowe called the following day to let me know she voluntarily contacted the bank and still got everything us even better rate and much cheaper monthly payment. Steve Gates has voluntarily helped me out monetarily one as a young teen, and yet again. These kind of things are simply unheard of, and they've earned my business forever!!! More
