Chase even went as far as to bring 2 competitor vehicles over from another dealership for us to review so we could make an informed decision on which vehicle to purchase. After this side-by-side comparison we chose the Toyota RAV4. John Gibson was also excellent to work with at Toyota South. We had informed John that we were experiencing an issue with a previously purchased Toyota Camry. John was able to provide us with the part to fix the issue on the spot! Amazing, genuine customer service. I have experienced several Toyota dealers in the past. This time we came to Toyota South because they had the Camry in stock that we wanted and I had I have experienced several Toyota dealers in the past. This time we came to Toyota South because they had the Camry in stock that we wanted and I had been unsatisfied with the way I was treated in Lexington. From the first phone call, Chase Freeman was exactly what you want in a car salesman. Helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer service. The facility is great. Very comfortable and welcoming. Toyota South matched the offer from Lexington but went way farther with customer service. After doing all the paperwork, we changed our minds on the Camry and decided a Sienna would better suit us. The whole team of salespeople helped make this happen. I'm sure it was an aggravation but you could not tell it from the way we were treated. Chase Freeman, David King, Derek Amburgey, Matt Wills, and Steve Gates went above and beyond customer service to get the Sienna we wanted and redo all the paperwork in one day. THAT is customer service. Toyota South is where we will do our business from now on. More

As I was fresh out of graduate school and completely unfamiliar with the details of an automobile leasing agreement (other than my personal research)- As I was fresh out of graduate school and completely unfamiliar with the details of an automobile leasing agreement (other than my personal research)-- I naturally chose Toyota for the general practicality and quality of product. As I mentioned, I was slightly unfamiliar with the leasing process-- that is until I paid a visit to Toyota South and met Chase Freeman. Off the bat, he was friendly, informative, practical and did not maintain the typical grandiose, keeper of all knowledge car salesman personality-- that most attain. After narrowing my selection down to the model that I wanted, Chase even helped find my preferred color-- which I ended up with the barcelona red Corolla S Plus. After that, it was down to business for the tough part-- negotiating trade-in value and payment price (but this is typical business practice). After nearly an hour of negotiating both trade-in value and payment price, both Toyota and myself agreed upon a very good deal. Needless to say, Toyota treated me very well as a first time car buyer / lessee. I truly appreciated the more-than fair trade-in value that I was given, as well as the professionalism of everyone involved. Toyota South has their ducks in a row and they are without a doubt, a great place to do business with! I love my new car! More
