I had previously done research and found out that the trade-in value of my trailblazer was approx. 5800-6000, the dealership could only offer me at best 3500. When I questioned this figure I was told by sales mgmt. that it was all that my trade would bring at natl. auction. Later that day I went to a neighboring dealership where I got my trade-in value. Regretfully I couldn't do business with Kevin and the guys at South but otherwise have nothing but praises on the way I was treated there. More
