When I first called I was transferred to four different individuals, who kept putting me on hold and telling me there was somebody else who could help me. However on the fourth transfer I was connected to JJ. He immediately listened to my questions and took ownership of the situation. Within 10 minutes he had clarified the title with DMV, the loan information with Toyota financial, and proposed realistic options for quickly helping my son to sell his car. The next day my son took his car to the dealership and met with JJ who once again provided superior service. He appraised the car and made a fair offer to re-purchase. His effort did not stop there. He went on to explain the financial details of how to complete the process with my son by explaining exactly what my son needed to do and the process for paying off his loan. Within 24 hours, what I thought was going to be a painful, confusing and frustrating process was made simple, efficient and extremely pleasant all due to the competence, incredible customer service and thoroughness displayed by JJ. It was only at the end of my interaction when I realized that JJs job responsibilities did not include loan or financial management or registration and title assistance. He simply did this to be helpful It is increasingly rare today to find people who not only thoroughly understand their field but who also take the time to go above and beyond and exceed expectations. JJ was simply exemplary. I will remember his knowledge and helpfulness when considering where to do business. I hope that he is recognized by your organization for the excellent service that he provides. More
