The car did not start, had to leave it at the dealership for a day, and spend money for a rental outside, despite having completed the buying process. The dealership showed no apology or regret. After demanding for something to be done by the next day at least, i was offered an option of a temp rental, which was only promised, but not given. I was told to wait at the dealership while they fixed the car. Extremely frustrating. The presale process, you heard words like - 'what can we do to make a sale", and post sale process was full of words like: "i cannot help you with this", "this was not promised," "you cannot expect anything beyond that, sorry" . ..blah blah blah The agent even went on to say that he regretted making the sale and it was a big mistake!!!!! What will you do as a customer, now? Escalated to the manager, he disappeared post the escalation, and no follow up on my escalation has been done until now! Now you must get a feel of the customer experience here More
