service I had been bringing my toyota prius to this service center for a long time now. First, they weren't able to recognize my extended warranty that I elec I had been bringing my toyota prius to this service center for a long time now. First, they weren't able to recognize my extended warranty that I elected for when I bought the car at a different used toyota dealership. Then, when my car was making a funny noise, they were unable to diagnose the problem. They looked at my car on at least 4 separate occasions over the course of months for the same funny noise. They found few minor things to work on, but they were never able to figure out the major issue. They charged me a lot of money and kept my car for weeks at a time. They even lost record one time of my car having been there! On top of that, one of the staff seemed to disbelieve me when I was describing my issues and obviously ignored me and passed me off to someone else. I feel like I was taken advantage of and discriminated against of because of my gender and age (young, female of color). One staff told me I should think about trading in my car so I could avoid all this hassle. Meanwhile, the used dealership associated with this service center was hounding me to trade my car in. Part of me wonders, if all this was a set up to get me to finally bend and trade-in my car. Finally, I took my car to a third party mechanic. He was able to find the issue and accurately diagnose the problem in under 3 hrs! Mind you, this service center kept my car for weeks and had seen the car multiple times without discovering the issue AND still charged me for expensive diagnostic tests! This service center is the worst and has the worst service. More
Great saleslady, ok rest of it I set an appointment to come buy a used car and specified which car I had chosen after doing my research online. When I came to my appointment, the sales person who I was supposed to meet was out sick, but no one had called to tell me. After walking around the lot in very hot weather searching for the car I had chosen to see, I learned the car I had chosen was taken off the lot for detailing and wouldn't be back till later in the middle of the work week. I don't know why I made an appointment as no one I talked to before arriving was there. Later, the finance department tried secretly selling us things we hadn't agreed to in our pre-contract agreement. They tried having us sign a pre-contract agreement with all this extra stuff we didn't discuss before that would've cost us over a thousand dollars more than previously agreed upon. They tried twice to have us sign off on stuff we specifically said we didn't want. The second time, they sent a different person with a lower price next to the items we said we didn't want, but they still didn't take off the items from the pre-contract that we specifically said we wanted to take off. Later, while signing the final contract, the finance department had us sit with a third finance staff member. He used tricky languaging that almost made me believe I had to buy an extended warranty from him. I had to say "no" to buying this warranty and other warranties 5 different times in my sitting with him. The whole process took hours, just waiting for finance to get it together. I believe the exhausted waiting was part of a sales tactic to tire us out so we would just sign papers and buy deals we didn't know we were buying. Luckily, I ate well and slept well before arriving and made sure to read and question everything I was signing. The only exceptional part of this experience was my sales person, Leanne. She's the reason I'm giving this experience any good stars. She was genuine in her caring about me walking away from the experience happy. She was very honest about the process of buying a car and how the dealership works. I felt that she was being authentic. She helped me find a car that was an even better deal than the one I had previously chosen, and she represented me well with her colleagues so that I could get the best deal possible. When the finance department took a long time she made sure we were comfortable while we were waiting. She was lovely to talk to. I can't overstate how much I appreciated her honesty! More

It was a refreshing experience to deal with their professional staff members who made our transaction a breeze. Our Sales guy Raj George was very helpful to work with. Very knowledgeable about the truck and answered all our questions. His respectful and kind personality really shinned through with his "yes ma'am" and "yes sir". We highly recommend working with him. We were also blessed to work with Bart DiCairano in the Finance Dept who made the loan process super easy. He was able to craft the perfect loan for us that was within our monthly budget while being able to include a warranty. We were so grateful to work with him. He really cares for his customers and takes the extra time to get to know his clients on a personal level. We enjoyed getting to know him! Toyota is very lucky to have such loyal staff! We drove over 2 hours from home to buy this truck and it really made a huge difference to work with such wonderful people. Thank you again Raj and Bart for what you do for your customers! More

One thing I like about this dealership is that they lay down the facts and the discount is already there when you see the price you have to pay. There is no reason to haggle at all. The sales representatives I have dealt with so far have all been excellent. I also like all their vehicle guarantees that come from this dealership protecting the buyer. I had the opportunity to work with Jonathan from the Vehicle upgrade Sales dept for the recent purchase. He was simply awesome to work with. More

They have large varieties of cars ranging from yaris to sequoia. Mr. Shah was my salesperson and he did an excellent job finding me the right car. He knows everything about the cars. From the engine to the paint. He was helpful that be did all the work so I could walk out with the car I love. He's such an amazing man that I would definitely recommend him and the dealer if you are trying to buy a new car. Anyways who doesn't like new car, right? One pro tip: get your service done here as well rather than doing cheap service and maintenance outside. More
