Although I am not happy about the used car I purchased from Toyota Sunnyvale because I found out after the fact that it had been in at least one accident, the service center and Bill Moody did right by me from Toyota Sunnyvale because I found out after the fact that it had been in at least one accident, the service center and Bill Moody did right by me. This is the second major service that was fully covered under my extended warranty, saving me more than a grand. Bill kept in touch over the weekend, and they replaced a damaged front axle on a Sunday and got my car back to me in record time. Impressive. More

I had my Corolla in for regular maintenance during President's Week, my vacation, and Hector was my service advisor. He was very friendly, explained what my car needed above the regular service but wa President's Week, my vacation, and Hector was my service advisor.
