When I pointed out the vehicle I was driving had some features I didn't want, they listened and paid attention - securing me a perfectly outfitted Toyota 86 without price gouging me or forcing me to check extra boxes just to complete a sale. This was a rare model car with a high demand, yet I was still valued as a customer, rather than being treated like a beggar. They worked with my finance organization of choice without complaint and made the whole process very smooth. They did run into some IT troubles with varying computers/printers on the night I came back to purchase my car - but they kept their cool, kept a good attitude, and worked through everything. Furthermore, Dino Hilario is the best, most knowledgeable salesman if you're looking for a Toyota 86, a real car enthusiast, not just a salesman. I felt taken care of start to finish and I'd definitely recommend this dealership to others. Also hats off to Roy in finance, a great experience all around! More

KBB showed me some instant offer prices to expect, and so I went to Toyota Sunnyvale to see what price they'd offer, and it was actually a pretty good offer, much some instant offer prices to expect, and so I went to Toyota Sunnyvale to see what price they'd offer, and it was actually a pretty good offer, much better than carmaxx and wayy better than Mini dealership. JJ S. was super easy to work with, straight to the point and when we were finishing up the paperwork, he says when I get back with the cashier's check, all I have to do was sign and done. Very true to his words. I was in and out in less than 1hr, including driving time to the nearby bank. Toyota Sunnyvale has never let me down. I've bought two new cars from them, good deals, and now I've sold a car. All around good experience thanks to folks like JJ. More
