Toyota Town of Stockton - Service Center

I bought my tires from Toyota Town of Stockton December 2021 for $900,00+ and after a few months I noticed shaking on my car when on highway speed. I went and they did a routine service which I paid. Still shaking did not go away, I went the second time and they did balancing, rotation and alignment (which I paid for). Still issue was not resolved. Went the third time and they said it was the tires that was causing the shaking. I asked them, why did you sell me tires that cause shaking? I told them I just bought them December, 6 moths ago. I also told them that when I went to get new tires, nobody told me that these tires will cause shaking. They recommend for me to buy a premier tires like Michelin. I wanted to follow their recommendation so I tried to negotiate with them. If they can give me a rebate or refund for the tires that I just bought, then I will be able to buy Michelin tires. They said they can't do that, but they will find me a Michelin dealer and get a 25% discount, which is $1,300+. What about my tires now, James said that I can keep them or give them away because they are still good tires. I was not happy, because I thought by going to the dealer where I bought my Sienna, I will get the best service and the best product. Boy! I was wrong. Jonathan and James of Service Dept. did not seem to care. More
