If you want to visit a dealership 24 times this is the place I have gone to this dealership 23 times (and counting) from March 2017 to January 2018. That is unheard of. I actually traded in the car they sold me I have gone to this dealership 23 times (and counting) from March 2017 to January 2018. That is unheard of. I actually traded in the car they sold me and STILL have to go back to deal with their idiocracy. To begin, sold me a car that did not work 30 hours after purchase. Brought it to dealer countless times and Toyota universe said everything was fine. Got stranded in Syracuse because of their "service expertise." After a month of back and forth, finally fixed the issue (gear shift wouldn't work). Then, two months later started to experience a plethora of other issues (screeching noises, shaky brakes, the usual) and so brought it back. They have my car from May-August no communication whatsoever. When it's finally "fixed" I experience problems AGAIN a few months later. We would be here for a two pages if I gave the full details but please, please do not go to this place that actually tries to pass off as a legitimate establishment. The service is terrible and so is management. Their sole purpose is to rip you off ESPECIALLY if you are a young woman new to buying a car. It is ridiculous and hilarious that these men call themselves actual businessmen. Again, do not go here. Plain and simple. More
