I was contacted twice by phone to confirm our appointment for the next day. The day of the appointment I was contacted twice again to confirm that I was coming. I arrived at the scheduled time of 12:30 after about 15 minutes Mohamed showed up and introduced me to a sales associate. She took me to her desk, and said she had to talk to her manager. She eventually returned and told me the car was sold the previous night. I understand a dealer is in business to sell there cars, but professional courtesy was lacking, and respect for a potential customer is not something they practice. Someone should have contacted me and advised me the car was sold, so I would have traveled a 1/2 hour and wasted my time. I was told they had other vehicles available, but I was no longer interested in dealing with this unethical dealership. Buy your car elsewhere. More
