Best sales experience ever Sometimes the car buying experience for a woman is not a positive one having to deal with salesmen that at best are condescending to women, I am happy Sometimes the car buying experience for a woman is not a positive one having to deal with salesmen that at best are condescending to women, I am happy to say this was not the case in my experience with Mike Dispenza. Mike is professional and extremely knowledgeable (I had one other car to test drive after I met with him, he told me in detail how that car would measure up to the car I was considering buying from him and he was spot on, the other car did not measure up). I had recently lost my job so this was not an easy spot for me to be in as I was intending to buy a car I had been leasing but now had to rethink due to budget constraints, I purchased a used 2012 Nissan Sentra, Mike worked with me to keep me within my budget with a car that fit my needs and expectations, from my past experience, many a car salesman may not have exhibited the same compassion and caring he did. I would recommend Mike and the staff at Toyota Universe and will definitely be using them for future car purchases. More
