So, I tell Stephen, I appreciate him helping me because he is really nice and easy to talk to, but I did NOT like that Jose handed me off. I told Stephen I want NOTHING to do with Jose, so he better not call or email me. After seeing the cars there, I just wasn't interested in anything. After that day, I would go back ONLY to talk to Stephen, but STAY AWAY from JOSE, he's not worth the time. More

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE & SERVICE w/ LUTHER ST. ELIEN (8/28/15) I had been visiting many dealerships and conducting research before settling on purchasing a 2015 Camry. Out of the 10 dealerships (including other brands) that I had visited or contacted, I immediately felt most comfortable at Toyota Universe. I ended up purchasing the car thru T.U. on 8/28/15 after working with LUTHER ST. ELIEN. My initial contact was with Jose Dominguez who discussed and Edmunds price guarantee and ensured that the car I was looking at was ready upon my arrival. The very courteous Mr. Dominguez made sure to introduce himself and thank us for the consideration of Toyota Universe. I was then set up with salesman Luther St. Elien. Luther was excellent from start to finish and through to this day following up and ensuring all has been taken care of. We laid out exactly what we were looking for and despite the online Edmunds car that I identified not being the exact model and color I wanted in the end, Luther worked to ensure that I was able to look at and consider other options. We felt very comfortable throughout the process, no added pressure, and Luther worked with us thoroughly to ensure we would leave happy customers. He succeeded and I can't thank him enough. The process with Luther was seamless and I will recommend him to friends and family. A+ service from him as well as from Jose Dominguez and the finance manager we worked with, Remy Braddock.
