Great customer service I recently had a recall on my toyota. I got serviced by Cindy and she did a really great job. She checked to see if there were any other recalls and I recently had a recall on my toyota. I got serviced by Cindy and she did a really great job. She checked to see if there were any other recalls and when she found one, she got it done the same time. She was also able to arrange for something else to be fixed that wasn't part of the recall but since they were doing work anyways, she got them give me a big discount. She was also able to arrange that everything was done quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend her to a friend. More

Too much wait time and doesn't know about their own cars . Sales man was not sure which car is on his inventory, wasted too much time figuring out where the car is. Without even looking at my toyota 201 . Sales man was not sure which car is on his inventory, wasted too much time figuring out where the car is. Without even looking at my toyota 2012 car, they priced it too low for exchange and on other hand kept telling me that new car is Toyota and will resell for more when I will later. The sienna is all plastic if you compare with chrysler town and country(300 pounds of more metal). Finally decided against buy the car. More
