2014 Chevrolet Cruze LS - Joze Dominguez I already had my eyes on this car model, and my mind was set on it - I was simply looking for the best possible price. When I first found this car o I already had my eyes on this car model, and my mind was set on it - I was simply looking for the best possible price. When I first found this car on Google (which re-directed me to the Toyota Universe Website), I knew it was just a question of actually seeing the car and figuring out the price to make the deal. Luckily, I knew what I wanted, and I encountered someone who dreamed with me. Jose Dominguez had me locked from the beginning. Mr. Dominguez works with the Online Customer/Sale Service Department of Toyota Universe, and I couldn't be happier to have come across him. He did everything in his power to provide the best possible service. We came across several problems during the deal, and I have never seen someone so dedicated into solving the problems he solved for me during the process. He stood 4 hours on the floor with me; back and forth talking to Insurance Companies. It was probably the biggest headache he had at the job so far - but he was competent enough (with great professionalism), and patient enough, to solve everything we had to solve, and for me to walk out of there with the Best Customer Satisfaction (and the biggest smile on my face - of course).
