He showed me that the features I wanted were in the AT (Advanced Technology) package. He also almost immediately provided me with leasing information and the value of my trade-in. Unfortunately, all of the available cars were in black or dark gray. He was always available to give me progress reports and guide me to possible alternatives. Recall Solved I have a great experience solving a recall from Toyota Toyota Universe and especially the service team for the great job done in my Tacoma regardin I have a great experience solving a recall from Toyota Toyota Universe and especially the service team for the great job done in my Tacoma regarding the 2 safety recalls opened for it. I received my pickup truck 2 weeks ago and I am still amazed about the numerous new parts that have been changed in order to keep the rust far from it as the result of the replacement of the frame and rear leave springs as the main reasons for the recall. I am very happy that I chose Toyota not only for the power and performance of the truck but the extra mile that the manufacturer and the dealer take to keep a safe and reliable vehicle. It was a very valuable wait since the first inspection back in October 2014 to this point when I know my truck will last even longer. I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Javier Martinez at the service desk. He explained to me from the beginning how the process will be, he looked for the best courtesy loaner car available for me when I left the truck and furthermore he has been involved in the overall process; I cannot thank him enough for his dedication and concern in this matter.
