Filip was my “guide” – making sure the vehicle I intended to test drive were ready to go, then helping me explore options when I decided that I might want to go with a newer vehicle. He and Tommy put together a reasonable package for a 2016 Highlander XLE – and I’m very pleased. The SUV is beautiful – solid, comfortable and has all the technical features I really wanted.
