Beware of this dealership Be careful when signing documents. They sneak in extras, put duplicate charges & difficult to get refund. Struggling to get refund for past 50 days. When documents are signed & if you find cost discrepancies, they treat the person as stranger & try not to give your money back. Sales guy doesn't want to help after his part is done. They give invalid reasons not to refund & say they added $500 to provide this feature. Don't take Toyota's financing. There are good financing options at cheaper interest rates like DCU, PenFed. Also toyota warranty is $2000. They mention it as 2500 & put 2000 in paper. Do your study well before you enter the dealership. Otherwise they will rip you off. Bargain to the lowest amount. Beware of finance guys who asks you to sign the documents. Read the fine print before signing. These are the lessons I learnt. I will never recommend this dealer ship to anyone. They don't have proper business ethics & values. More
