Bait & switch Came in looking at a used minivan to only be told that I could not test drive because another employee has taken the keys home with him. Then was told Came in looking at a used minivan to only be told that I could not test drive because another employee has taken the keys home with him. Then was told he was coming in at noon to come back then. I came back to be told that this employee is never to work on time and they will call when he comes in. The rest of the day we were continuously told he was on his way so we didn't go else where to look for a vehicle. He never showed up for work and don't even think this other employee was a real person. They just didn't want to sell this vehicle base they would constantly tell me they could finance us and get us in a new car. So the next day they finally got the keys and when I went to go back and test drive it they said it is broken and they can't sell it to me. They said they have to offer me something similar for the same price since they weren't able to sell us the broken minivan that had listed on their site. So they dropped the price of another minivan but when I went to test drive that one I was told that one was also broke and cannot be sold. Then u asked what was not broke that they could sell me and they said nothing for that price, even though I was told they had to sell me something similar for that price. So then they said they could get us approved for a loan and into something new. We were not looking to add another bill to our life that is why we went there with cash in hand only to get lied to and lost our business. More

Amazing experience!! I went into Toyota Universe looking for car and was helped my a young man named Erick Ruperto. He was VERY helpful and so sweet you wouldn't even imag I went into Toyota Universe looking for car and was helped my a young man named Erick Ruperto. He was VERY helpful and so sweet you wouldn't even imagine. He offered me and my family beverages and snacks and we got right to business. I leased a red Corolla Sport and let me just say I'm so happy with my purchase. Erick really seems to know what he's talking about and doesn't bs me like some other dealers I've dealt with... on top of everything he spoke Spanish as well ! so my parents didn't feel out of the loop, which was great.
