I called Toyota Universe after seeing a Sienna in User Cars search in AutoTrader, it had excellent features, very low miles but was a bit over my budget. I told her that I work late and stay almost 60 miles south, on my request she was very kind to give me an appointment late evening 8.30pm. On reaching there, she was very courteous to attend us, my kids loved the fresh popcorns she offered, we felt very comfortable. She fixed us to Alain for the sale assistance, Alain and his manager Eddie Cortes were very patient to understand my budget constrains, after seeing a few spots of paint coming out on the rear bumper, we were bit skeptical. Eddie not only offered the full bumper replacement at no extra cost to us, he also allowed us to drive the vehicle to home on their insurance, keep it for a day to show it to our mechanic, finally they gave us a very good deal on vehicle as well on warranty. The height of service was, when the bumper was fixed a week later and we were to pick, as the dealership is 60 miles away and I didn't had my rental car, Alain dropped the vehicle to my home, thank you so much Alain and Eddie. above expectations buying experience, we are very pleased with the service, would anytime recommend to any my friends, relatives.
