Great Customer Service Wilfredo was such a delight to deal with, not ones did I feel pressure to buy a car. True customer service I came in with my husband and my three knuckle head kids. Met with a salesman by the name of Luther St.Elien. My kids are fairly young but loud and pl I came in with my husband and my three knuckle head kids. Met with a salesman by the name of Luther St.Elien. My kids are fairly young but loud and playful but while we were working out our deal. Luther seemed to multi task taking care of me and my husband with answering all of our questions. But he also offered my kids warm chocolate milk and popcorn to keep them tamed and when that time span was done he pulled out some games on his tablet to keep them busy. After stopping at Honda where they yelled at me to keep my kids in check. He was courteous to the entire family. If every business did that would b awesome. I love this dealership Luther Stelien was awesome he answered all of my questions. And was so accommodating to me and the rest of my family from start to finish. Thank you I will definitely b back to see him at the end of my lease! More

Experience from xxxx!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is by far the worst dealer that I have ever made business with. I was sold a used car that turned out to be in the service center more than it wa This is by far the worst dealer that I have ever made business with. I was sold a used car that turned out to be in the service center more than it was at my own home. Everyone there are scam artists and don't give a xxxx about anything but putting money in their own pockets. They will let you drive off the lot in an unsafe car without a care in the world. Then I asked every single person in that dealer even the managers for the contact info of the owner to this dealership and mysteriously no one knew it or it couldn't be found. I don't know how this place is still even open. It was an all around horrible experience and if Toyota Universe was the last dealer left on earth, I would rather get blisters on my feet from walking than ever purchasing a car from you guys ever again. More

No thank you, Filip!!! After looking on the toyota website I found a certifitied Highlander listed at Toyota Universe. Tia Davis there internet person made me an appointment After looking on the toyota website I found a certifitied Highlander listed at Toyota Universe. Tia Davis there internet person made me an appointment with Filip Antoun to test the Highlander.When I got there I sat at Filip.s desk for 45 minutes while he tried to location the vehicle for me. He tried to explain to me then it may have been moved to one of their other lots because of the snow we had a few days earlier. I said OK and to give me a call when he could locatio the SUV. He then tried to get me to look at some other vehicles that they had in stock. I told him I was not interested in that and would wait for his call. I then asked me if I could wait a few more minutes and meet with his boss. The used car manager, who's name I can't recall told me the Highlander was in the sevice department and I would be the first person to see and test drive the vehicle on Friday., so I made another appointment for Friday at 3 PM. After being called and reminded by the dealership 5 or 6 times that I had an appointment , Filip called me and told me tat the Highlander I wanted was no longer available. When I first got home later that day I received phone calls from the dealer asking why I didn't make the appointment. LOL. Today, Saturday I get a phine call from another manager at the dealership and told me that" MY" Highlander was sold to someone else who was willing to pay more then the internet price. Then they had the nerve to have another salesperson call and ask me if I wanted to look at something else. The Highlander that I was interested in was most likely sold long before I first inquired about it or was sold out from under me. Either way that is no way to operate and treat your customers. More
