I would like to comment on my recent service at toyota universe. i have been a loyal customer to dealership for many years. I will no longer go to the place to service my vehicle. I went in for a oil chan universe. i have been a loyal customer to dealership for many years. I will no longer go to the place to service my vehicle. I went in for a oil change and had a coupon from east coast toyota, when making appointment i asked if they accepted other dealer coupons.They said yes, so i set up an appointment. When i gave the service attendant the coupon, he said he could not except the coupon. I asked to speak to the manager. The service manager Jeff came and spoke with me and said he could not honor the coupon. I was VERY UPSET!!!!!!!! I took my business else where. I went to east coast toyota to have my oil change done. I am looking to purchase a new toyota for my wife and i wanted to purchase at Toyota universe. i will no longer do that......thanks Mr Jeff More

This service visit was excellent. Had a concern with my entune and brakes. Asked to speak to a manager and I was then greeted by Paulo Amaral. Just bought a car from Leo yesterday 7/4 and i had actually spent about 3 hours before at the Dealership next door Mitsubishi, let me start by saying that Mitsubishi was the worst so stingy, so extrem actually spent about 3 hours before at the Dealership next door Mitsubishi, let me start by saying that Mitsubishi was the worst so stingy, so extremely unprofessional it was ridiculous. I hadn't intended to stop at toyota but being that it was next door I decided to take a look. As soon as you walk it its a big diff the professionalism was such a difference and they were so patient and willing to work with us. No pressure what so even and we got the monthly down payment was very reasonable. I deff recommend this place and specially Leo. More
