Different from all the rest! It's been so long since I shopped around for a new vehicle, was kinda afraid of all the money and time I would have to put into my search. Oh but to my surprise, I went to Toyota universe and they made my search feel relaxed,comfortable, and by all means I felt like I made the best investment. After making my decision on the car I wanted,I was sent tto the finance department to select a warantee, I already made up my mind that I wasn't spending anymore, but to my surprise I was helped by a very knowledgeable young man name Remy, he helped me with all I needed to know about all the warantee and made me feel very secure in investing a couple more dollars to investing in the longevity of my new Toyota. Thank you Toyota universe and your staff for making this such an easy experience. More

Great experience I just bought my first Toyota from Toyota universe. I had originally intended to simply go in and look around and maybe take a test drive, not to make I just bought my first Toyota from Toyota universe.
