While my initial purchasing experience was excellent, due to Mr. Edward Carattini, Sales and Lease Consultant, Toyota Universe, I experienced a bit of a mishap with Mr. Carattini's supervisor, whose name I choose not to mention. The way in which the situation was first handled was so unprofessional and quite mean spirited, not due in anyway to Mr. Carattini, was a shock, and I quite honestly did not want my car any longer, that was until Mr. Carattini stepped in and took charge. What he did was consider all aspects of the situation and proceeded in a professional, yet sympathetic manner. Mr. Carattini though outside the box, took into consideration all points and saved an otherwise ugly outcome. In my opinion, he exceeded his supervisor by leaps and bounds. I, along with my then husband, purchased 3 cars previously from Toyota Universe, if I decide to purchase again, the ONLY REASON I will return to Toyota Universe is because of Mr. Edward Carattini. To upper management.......demote his supervisor and promote this gentleman, he is the reason I will be back and I will tell my friends to ONLY see Mr. Carattini if they choose to purchase at Universe. I have a bad back and was very concerned that a short test drive wouldn't allay my concerns about the comfort of the driver seat in the car I wanted. I asked Mr Castillo if I could possibly test drive the car for a few days if I paid a rental fee. Not only did the dealership give me a car for 4 days, they didn't even charge me, which I thought was going above and beyond. Thank you, Toyota Universe. More
Went in to look at some used cars for possible short-term use, and some new if I thought I could get a good deal. As I had already owned a Yaris (totalled in an accident) I was already a bit partial to Toyota, and when Ali showed me the numbers on leasing a Prius (fit my use timeline) vs. what I knew I was spending on my Ion, was probably the easiest sale he ever made! I had an excellent time, and thoroughly enjoy the Prius C. I would heartily recommend this dealer to anyone! More

I walked in to the dealership and was greeted immediately by Miguel. He was very nice and answered all the question I had concerning the price and the car I was interested in. I had to bring my car in for its first 5000 mile service. Got there a little early, yet it took them a bit to get someone to help me at first, even though I was the only person waiting. The length of time to do the service was right on with the estimated time of completion, which was good. They seemed to respect the interior of the car but they did a complimentary "wash" afterwards. They shouldn't have even bothered, the car looked cleaner before I brought it there! They didn't dry it, they just let it air dry which left water spots all over it. And half of my rear door, it's a RAV4 by the way, wasn't even washed! You could tell where they did and did not even wipe it down! So aside from the lack of effort put into the "wash", it was a decent experience. I would've rated them higher if they just did the service and left the rest alone. More
