This is by far the worst sales experience ever for a used car!!!! Not only do they inflate their used car prices by 10-20% from other dealers, they add strange fees to the sales price, which they do not exp car!!!! Not only do they inflate their used car prices by 10-20% from other dealers, they add strange fees to the sales price, which they do not explain to you unless you press them to do so. For example, there is a surprise fee for paying cash, there is a "dealer" service fee to re-condition the used car for purchase, and other strange fees. Although Adrian was a friendly and helpful sales rep, the closer (his new boss) did not listen to my comparison prices and totally wasted 4 hours of my time at their dealership. Lastly, once you give them your contact info, they spam you with calls. Not cool guys. More

Working with Jake was a great experience. He was very friendly and professional. The only thing that I was disapointed in was the amount that I recieved for my trade in. The Kelly Blue Books in good condition give my car a value of $3683.00. I only got $2250.00 for my vechicle. My fault, I should of walked away from the deal. Would I recomend this dealship to friend?
